1. No Guarantee of Earnings

SyncdLabs is a marketplace platform that provides tools and connections between content creators and brands. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding income you may earn through the Platform. Your results will depend on many factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Your individual skills, effort, and content quality
• The size, demographics, and engagement of your audience
• Market demand for your niche and content category
• Competition from other creators on and off the Platform
• Brand budgets and campaign priorities
• Changes in social media platform algorithms
• Economic conditions
• How actively you use the Platform and apply to campaigns

2. Past Results Are Not Indicative of Future Results

Any testimonials, case studies, creator spotlights, earnings figures, or success stories displayed on the Platform or in our marketing materials represent individual results and are not typical. Some creators earn significantly more than figures cited in examples; many earn less; some earn nothing. Past performance of other users on the Platform does not predict or guarantee your future results.

3. Affiliate and Commission Income

Affiliate commissions, tracking link earnings, and performance-based compensation depend on end-consumer purchases made through your unique links. We cannot guarantee consumer purchasing behavior, conversion rates, or the volume of sales generated by your content. Commission rates and program terms are set by brands and are subject to change.

4. Payout Terms Are Not Income Guarantees

The existence of payout mechanics, minimum thresholds, and weekly payout runs on SyncdLabs does not imply that you will reach those thresholds or receive payouts. Payouts are contingent on completed, approved work and funds held in escrow by the brand.

5. SyncPass and Subscription Benefits

SyncPass and Brand Pro subscription features (increased visibility, priority placement, lab access) may improve your access to opportunities on the Platform but do not guarantee additional earnings, deal approvals, or campaign selections. Subscription fees are not refundable on the basis of unmet earnings expectations.

6. FTC Compliance for Creators

If you reference your earnings on SyncdLabs in content you publish elsewhere (social media, blog, YouTube, etc.), you must comply with FTC guidelines:

• Disclose that SyncdLabs is the platform through which you earned those amounts
• Not imply that your results are typical or guaranteed for others
• Include a clear earnings disclaimer if you discuss income figures

Failure to include required FTC disclosures in content you create is your individual legal responsibility. SyncdLabs is not liable for regulatory action arising from your own content or income claims.

7. Tax Responsibility

All income earned through SyncdLabs is your responsibility to report to applicable tax authorities. SyncdLabs does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations. For US-based creators, SyncdLabs will issue a 1099-NEC for earnings of $600 or more in a calendar year as required by law.
